Meet Lana
Hello! I'm Lana North, a communications professional with almost 20 years of international corporate experience.
I've been working across the whole spectrum of internal and external communication in corporate environments, both here in Australia and in Europe.
I've tackled some major change and transformation programs in my time, helping leaders to successfully navigate and communicate with their teams and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results.

My mission
In almost 20 years of working in corporate communications, I have come to realise that corporate managers are left to work it all out for themselves as soon as they've earned the privilege of leading a team.
Then we throw in the uncertainty of constant change and ask people to lead their teams through it.
So much time, effort and money is put into investing in changes... changes that are intended to make things better.
But when talented people need to provide direction and answers for their teams as they navigate the change, they need to build a whole new skill set.
So often, "poor communication" is a common reason for changes not being adopted.
I'm here to put an end to that!
